Melt away any muscle aches, migraine, headaches, menstrual cramps, back and leg pains by easily heating or freezing the pillows. Suitable (and does wonders!) for use during pregnancy, labour and nursing.
Pop your pillow in a microwave, conventional oven or airfryer to heat it up.
Place it wherever you desire and let the heat and lavender scent lift your stresses away.
*Heat up for 30 secs in the microwave and if the pillow is not hot enough, continue heating it up at 15 secs each time so that you don't toast it.
*For a conventional oven or air fryer, preheat to 100 degrees celsius. Place pillow in aluminum foil and heat for 10-15 mins. Monitor closely.
Place it in a ziplock & pop it into the freezer, it's that easy!
*Put pillow in ziplock and leave it in the freezer for at least 20 mins. You may leave it inside longer depending on how cold you want it to be.

It was a gift for my wife. She has used it a couple of times and quite like it. My only feedback is that it would be better if it comes with some form of holder to help keep it in place behind the neck when sitting. Also, a 30cm length would cover a more generous area.
