Rosemary oil should be diluted with 1 drop of rosemary oil in a 10ml bottle, 8-12 drops in a 30 ml bottle.
If ingesting, the ratio should be 1 drop of rosemary oil to about 100ml (3.5 oz) of liquid. You can add it to your tea for a calming brew.
Best carrier oil pairing: Tunisian Rosemary oil blends well with avocado oil, grapeseed oil, and olive oil. It also goes well with other carrier oils such as coconut oil, jojoba oil, and sweet almond oil.
But for best results, blend it with similar Mediterranean origin carrier oils.
