We all know Chamomile tea’s soothing effects. But what if you’re outside feeling stressed and with no place to brew a pot of chamomile tea?
Ollie’s roman chamomile essential oil bottle comes in handy. In the hurricane storm of our stressful lives, a few drops of roman chamomile essential oil every now and then will provide you with much-needed calmness.
Its sweet, apple-like aroma will soothe frazzled nerves and bring back that spring in your step. Add it to your face moisturizers for youthful, redness-free skin.
Blend it with other peace-promoting oils such as cedarwood oil or buddha wood oil for enhanced relaxation, harmony, and stability.
Where is it sourced?
Roman Chamomile essential oil is steam distilled from the flowers of the Anthemis nobilis plant. This daisy-like plant produces a sweet smelling essential oil which has been used in traditional medicine for centuries.
Ollie’s Roman Chamomile essential oil is extracted from plants growing in Europe.
How to use
Roman chamomile oil is high in a compound called ester. Essential oils that are high in esters can help you relax deeply.
For a stress-buster diffuser blend, add 3 drops of chamomile oil to 1 drop of lavender oil to purify the air and relax your mind.
Have acne blemishes on your skin? Add 10 drops of chamomile oil to 100 ml of moisturizer and apply on your face daily. You can blend other skin-healing oils such as Ollie’s Egyptian Geranium oil or Australian Tea Tree oil for glowing, blemish-free, and healthy skin.
Dilute with a carrier oil before use. Use a 1% dilution or 1ml of essential oil for every 100ml of carrier oil.
It blends best with sweet almond oil and cold-pressed coconut oil.
If you are pregnant or nursing, seek your doctor’s advice before using it.
