Always dilute it with a carrier oil before using it. The ratio is 1 drop of oregano oil to 1 teaspoon of carrier oil (this is 1% dilution) for topical application.

Best carrier oil pairing: Oregano oil pairs best with grapeseed oil or avocado oil. But you can use any other carrier oil as well to get the same benefits.

Do not ingest oregano oil directly. It can cause nausea and sensitivity. If you are adding it to food, no more than 1 drop per big bowl of food.
