Oasis Skin Healing Rosehip Treatment Oil
Smoothening skin texture, reducing fine lines, healing acne scars and even moisturising chapped lips - is there anything this oil cannot do?!
Rosehip oil, slow-pressed from the fruits and seeds of the rose plant, has long been regarded as the ultimate restorative beauty oil due to its rich content of essential fatty acids and anti ageing properties.
It is a great head-to-toe moisturiser that can improve your skin’s elasticity and heal acne and eczema scarring overtime. The oil also contains linoleic acid that aids in reducing inflammation and hyperpigmentation with continued usage.
You can choose to use this oil on its own or add on to other skin treatments. This is also a natural lip conditioner where the oil can be used to moisturise chapped lips and boost its natural pink tones!
We have sourced for this special oil as an essential supplement for targeting your skin's unique needs. It is direct-from-farm, and 100% unrefined, cold-pressed and certified organic. Cold-pressed oils are made by extracting oil from seeds or nuts without adding chemicals or heat, and therefore tend to be safer for skin use.
This facial oil does not contain any added fragrances nor essential oils, and is safe for use during pregnancy.
All skin types, especially ageing and/or acne-prone.
How to use:
As a moisturiser: Pump 3-4 drops of oil onto your palm and activate it with body heat by rubbing your hands together for 5 seconds. Gently press your palms onto your face and neck.
As a facial supplement: Pump 1-2 drops and mix the oil into your moisturiser. You can also use it before applying it as a foundation to your beauty regime.
As a lip conditioner: Apply 1 drop on your chapped lips several times a day
As a nail strengthener: Massage 3-4 drops of oil into your nail cuticles once a week
Comedogenic Rating: 2
The comedogenic rating simply measures how likely a facial oil will clog your pores. It ranges from 0 (little or no chance of clogging) to 5 (rich and high likelihood of clogging). Anyone who is acne-prone should avoid highly comedogenic oils, while those with drier skin types will need the extra richness from oils towards the middle of the scale to bring moisture to their skin barrier.
As with all products you are using for the first time, it is advisable to do a patch test to check for allergies.
- Apply a small amount of oil into the inside of your forearm.
- Cover the area with a bandage and leave it alone.
- Check the area again in 24 hours. If you don’t see any redness, swelling, or other irritation, the product should be safe to use. You may now add the oil to your routine.
