Freedom Cup Mini

The Freedom Cup comes in two sizes.

We generally recommend the Mini for women who are first timers with menstrual cups. Our Minis are smaller and more malleable than the international average and make for a great starter cup.

The mini measures 4cm in diameter across the rim, and about 6cm from tip to rim. The mini holds about 25ml when full.

For every Freedom Cup purchased here, we provide one to a woman from an underprivileged community.
