Roll onto comforter, bedsheet, pillows or other comfort items you or your baby prefers to sleep with. You may apply onto back of neck when baby is having trouble staying still for bed.

Do a patch test behind the knee before first use.

Essential oils can have different effects on individuals. Our roll-ons are of 1.5% dilution, safe for babies. We recommend it to be used from 6 months on. You might wish to use it earlier or later, depending on your / your child’s comfort level.
