The roller feels like a good quality one. It is weighty enough and doesn't creak unlike what reviewers commented on some cheaper products sold elsewhere. Roller feels cool on the skin too, and is easy to use. However, do not expect super dramatic results. I did notice some reduction in puffiness in my first week of using it, but I do still have some puffiness and dark circles. Perhaps over time and with more sleep they will lessen. If nothing else, the massage feels nice, and it helps to distribute your skincare products more evenly. Do note that it does not come with the pouch and the instruction card as pictured on the Oasis Skin website itself, but the box has a QR code which will take you to a link with instructions!
